(C) THE CLERK OF THE COURT WHO RECEIVES THE COPY OF THE
PAROLE ORDER SHALL MAINTAIN THE COPY OF THE PAROLE ORDER IN THE
RELEVANT COURT FILE AND SHALL MAKE IT AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC
INSPECTION DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning
Pensions - Part-Time Service
FOR the purpose of providing that a member of the Employees' and
Teachers' Retirement System whose medical disability
prevents full-time work may receive full service credit for
the part-time service in the computation of the member's
retirement allowance or benefit under certain circumstances;
providing for an exception; providing that a member of the
Employees' and Teachers' Retirement System who qualifies and
elects for a full service credit for regular part-time
service in the computation of the member's retirement
allowance or benefit shall contribute a certain amount to
the Annuity Savings Fund; providing for the applicability of
this Act under certain circumstances; and generally relating
to part-time service of members of the Employees' and
Teachers' Retirement System.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 73B - Pensions
Section 9(2), 14(l)(a), 85(2)(c), and 89(l)(a)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
