1360 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 284 Defined terms: "Custodian" § 10-611 10-617. REQUIRED DENIALS -- SPECIFIC INFORMATION. (A) IN GENERAL. UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW, A CUSTODIAN SHALL DENY (B) MEDICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL INFORMATION. (1) SUBJECT TO PARAGRAPH (2) OF THIS SUBSECTION, A (2) A CUSTODIAN SHALL PERMIT THE PERSON IN INTEREST (C) SOCIOLOGICAL INFORMATION. IF THE OFFICIAL CUSTODIAN HAS ADOPTED RULES OR REGULATIONS (D) COMMERCIAL INFORMATION. A CUSTODIAN SHALL DENY INSPECTION OF THE PART OF A PUBLIC (1) A TRADE SECRET; (2) CONFIDENTIAL COMMERCIAL INFORMATION; (3) CONFIDENTIAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION; OR (4) CONFIDENTIAL GEOLOGICAL OR GEOPHYSICAL (E) STATE EMPLOYEES.
