Loan Fund. Provide funds to finance
drinking water projects. These funds
shall be administered in accordance

Housing Programs. Provide funds for
rental housing developments that serve
low and moderate income households.
The funds shall he administered in
accordance with Article 83B, Title 2,

2-303, 2-305, and 2-803 Title 4,
Subtitles 4 and 15 and Sections
4-906 and 4-929 of the Housing and
Community Development Article

(5) Maryland Affordable Housing Trust,
Provide funds to the Maryland
Affordable Housing Trust Fund to fund
grants, loans, and other financial
assistance to assist in the acquisition-
construction, rehabilitation, or
preservation of affordable housing,
