Ch. 178 2006 LAWS OF MARYLAND
(2) IS ACTUALLY USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSES OF A LITTLE
LEAGUE ORGANIZATION OF CECIL COUNTY.
(b) The governing body of Cecil County [and] OR of a municipal corporation in
Cecil County may grant, by law, a property tax credit under this section against the
county [and] OR municipal corporation property tax imposed on:
(1) property that is owned by the Upper Chesapeake Watershed
Association and is used:
[(1)] (I) to assist in the preservation of a wild nature area;
[(2)] (II) to establish a nature reserve or other protected area; or
[(3)] (III) generally to promote conservation; AND
(2) PROPERTY THAT:
(I) IS OWNED BY:
1. A LITTLE LEAGUE ORGANIZATION IN CECIL COUNTY; OR
2. A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT ALLOWS A LITTLE
LEAGUE ORGANIZATION OF CECIL COUNTY TO USE THEIR PROPERTY FOR YOUTH
AMATEUR ATHLETICS; AND
(II) IS ACTUALLY USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSES OF A
LITTLE LEAGUE ORGANIZATION OF CECIL COUNTY.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 2006, and shall be applicable to all taxable years beginning after June 30,
2005 2006.

(House Bill 516)
AN ACT concerning
Frederick County - Advisory Plumbing Board
FOR the purpose of increasing the membership of the Frederick County Advisory
Plumbing Board; providing that a member continues to serve until a successor is
appointed and qualifies; providing that a member who is appointed after a term
has begun serves until a certain time; specifying the terms of the members of the
board; and generally relating to the Frederick County Advisory Plumbing Board.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
