SECTION 12. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED. That:

(AA) Grace and St. Peter's School. Provide a grant equal to the lesser
of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided,
to the Board of Trustees of Grace and St. Peter's School, Inc. for
the planning, design, construction, renovation, and capital
equipping of a recreational facility and a new school entrance for
use by the students of the Grace and St. Peter's School and the
Mt. Vernon Community at 707 Park Avenue in Baltimore,
subject to the requirement that the grantee grant and convey an
historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
NOTWITHSTANDING SECTION 12(5) OF THIS ACT, THE
GRANTEE MUST PRESENT EVIDENCE SATISFACTORY
TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS BY JUNE 1, 2008
THAT A MATCHING FUND WILL BE PROVIDED (Baltimore
