hall, retail space, and community center, located in Mt. Rainier.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of real property or in kind contributions (Prince George's

(BU) New Revival Center of Renewal. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $80,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the County Executive and County Council of Prince
George's County for the acquisition of land for the New Revival
Center of Renewal, located in Capitol Heights (Prince George's
County)............................................................................................. 80,000
(BV) North Brentwood Town Hall and Recreation Facility. Provide a
grant equal to the lesser of (i) $125,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Mayor and Town Council of the
Town of North Brentwood for the renovation, repair,
reconstruction, and capital equipping of the North Brentwood
Town Hall and Recreation Center, located in North Brentwood
(Prince George's County)................................................................. 125,000
(BW) Suitland Technology Center - Office Support Zone. Provide a
grant equal to the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors of the
Suitland Family and Life Development Corporation for the
construction and capital equipping of the Office Support Zone in
the Suitland Technology Center, located in Suitland.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act
(Prince George's County)................................................................. 100,000
(BX) YMCA Renaissance Square. Provide a grant equal to the lesser
of (i) $200,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided,
to the Board of Directors of YMCA Metropolitan Washington,
Inc. for the design, and construction, including related site
preparation, of the YMCA Renaissance Square, located in
Hyattsville (Prince George's County).............................................. 200,000
(BY) Sotterley Plantation. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$50,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of the Sotterley Foundation, Inc. for the
repair, renovation, reconstruction, and demolition of
outbuildings at Sotterley Plantation, located in Hollywood,
subject to a requirement that the grantee grant and convey a
historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of in kind contributions (St. Mary's County).................... 50,000
(BZ) St. Mary's College Amphitheater. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
