Severna Park. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Anne Arundel County)..........................
(M) Jessup Community Hall. Provide a grant of $50,000 to the
Board of Directors of the Jessup Improvement Association, Inc.
for the renovation, repair, reconstruction, and capital equipping
of the Jessup Community Hall, located in Jessup, subject to a
requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching
fund of $26,869. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Anne Arundel County)..........................
(N) Linthicum Walks. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$50,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of Anne Arundel Heritage, Inc. for the
structural repair and renovation of Linthicum Walks, located in
Gambrills, subject to a requirement that the grantee grant and
convey a historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust
(Anne Arundel County)...................................................................
(O) Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Maryland Hall for the
Creative Arts, Inc. for the renovation and rehabilitation of
Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, located in Annapolis,
subject to a requirement that the grantee grant and convey a
historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust (Anne
Arundel County)..............................................................................
(P) Women's Club of Linthicum Heights. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $50,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Women's Club of
Linthicum Heights, Inc. for the construction, repair, renovation,
reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Women's Club
meeting facility, located in Linthicum Heights, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey a historic
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of real
property, in kind contributions, or funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Anne Arundel County)..........................
(Q) Athletic Facility Renovations and Enhancements. Provide a
grant equal to the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the County Executive and County
Council of Baltimore County for the planning, design, and
renovation of existing athletic fields and field lighting systems at
County Home Park, Catonsville Community Park, and the
Community College of Baltimore County - Dundalk, and for the
construction of stadium seating and related amenities at
