             Tobacco and the said Clements four thousand pounds of Tobacco in
       full satisfaction for the said Land and further saith not
                                                 Jurat Coram Nobis         R Ungle   (S)

       Abigall Wise Aged about Sixty Nine Years Swears that in the hard year which
       she takes to be a bout thirty Eight years agoe she and her husband Christopher
       Wise came to dwell on the Land called Sheepshead Point and that her Said
       husband bought the said Land of Christopher Peck but that he paid John
       Clements four thousand pounds of Tobacco in full for the said Land Peck
       not being able to pay it who had first bought the Said Land of Clements
       and paid no more then two thousand Eight hundred pounds of Tobacco to the
       said Clements which said Twenty eight hundred pounds of Tobacco the Said
       Wise paid (likewise) to Peck the whole being six thousand Eight hundred
       pound of Tobacco upon which paym.t this Depon.t further saith Clements
       Past a Deed to her said husbands house (as she very well remembers) p M.r
       Vaughan who was then Clerke of the County & who delivered it to this Depo.t
       which deed was burnt amongst other papers in this Deponents house about
       Twenty four years since & further saith not

                   By Virtue of a Comission out of her Majestys high Court of Chancery bearing
       date at the City of Annapolis the fifth day of September and in the Year of our
       Lord one thousand seven hundred and Twelve Directed to us William Turner George
       Young Sen.r Thomas Claggett & Benj.a Berry or any two of us to Examine Evidences
       touching the bounds of a Certain Tract of Land lying in Calvert County called Goodluck
       belonging to Cap.t Henry Cox and to reduce such Evidences into writeing und.r
       our hands and seales

                      These are therefore to Certifye that Wee William Turner and George Young Sen.r
                      Comissioners above nominated have caused to come before us on the Land called
                      Goodluck sence all Persons hereafter named Viz.t  John Lansell of Calvert County
