       their hands on the said Tree that the same was ordered by Cap.t James Neale late
       of this County to be bounded for the Divideing Line between James Neale &
       Anthony Neale Sons of the said Cap.t James Neale and ordered the said Survey.r
       to Runn a Divideing Line of Wooliston Mannor Between the said Brothers
       from the said bound White oake to the Narrows of the neck (so called) which the
       said Survey.r accordingly did  And the said Depon.t saith that the said oake
       is now standing and is the same whereof he now layes his hand  And
       further saith not

                   Pursuant to a Comission out of the high Court of Chancery
       bearing date the 22.d day of Feb.ry Annoq Dm 1711 to us directed to Examine
       & swear Evidences touching the bounds of a Tract of land called Whites Ford alias
       Aquenseck Now in possession of M.r Anthony Neale  These are therefore
       humbly to Certifye that Wee have duly Examined & Sworne the severall
       Evidences the Depositions of which are hereunto anext

                   John Clements Aged sixty three years or thereabouts declares
       on the holy Evangelist that about thirty years since Francis Adams told
       this Deponent that the Said Adams was with the Survey.r at first takeing
       up of Whites Ford now Aquenseck and that about the time above mentioned
       this Depon.t had mist some sows and piggs & Enquireing of the said Adams about
       them he told this Deponent that at such a place under the bounded Tree of
       M.r White the Said sows and piggs had their Bedds and this Depon.t goeing
       by said Adam's Directions found the said sows and piggs with their Bedds
       under the white Oake Tree whereon he now lays his hand and the said White
       oake stands at the south Corner of the said Neales now dwelling plantation
       Two springs being Near it on each side one about thirty paces the other about
       thirty two paces from the said Tree  And further the said Adams told y.e said Depon.t
       that he the said Adams was ordered by y.e Surv.r to bound the said tree & further
       saith not
