       sixty five years to the abovesaid Bowdells White oake and haveing his oath
       administred by us the said Tyler and Claggett did declare that he hath knowne the
       said Bowdells White oake to be deputed the first bounded Tree of the said Tract
       of Land called Swansons Lott above thirty years and the same day the said Collier
       went to the said poplar and there declared on oath that he hath knowne
       the abovesaid poplar deputed to be the last bounded Tree of the said Land
       called Swansons Lott above thirty years and that he was present with
       one Robert Jones Survey.r at the surveying of the said Land and he begunn
       at the abovesaid White oake and Ended at the abovesaid Poplar it then being
       said to be the last bounded Tree of the said Tract of Land called Swansons
       Lott  And the Same Day the said Collier went to the abovesaid peir Tree & declared
       an oath that he was shewn the Tree that stood on the stump wherein the said
       Peir Tree now Grows to be the first bounded Tree of the said Fendalls Land Called
       Coll Spring Mannor and further saith not      Also the same day came M.r
       Hugh Ryley aged about sixty years of age and made oath that he hath knowne
       the abovesaid bounded White oak deputed to be the first bounded Tree of the
       said Tract of Land Called Swansons Lott and a bounded Tree of the said Bowdells
       and Isaac's Land above thirty years and the same day went to the said
       poplar and declared on oath that he hath knowne it deputed the Last
       bounded Tree of the Said Land called Swansons Lott above thirty years  And
       the same day he also went to the said peir tree and declared on oath that he
       hath knowne the Tree that grew on the stump wherein the said peir Tree is
       now growing to be a fair bounded Tree and said to be the first bounded Tree
       of the said Fendalls Land called Coole Spring Mannor and Deputed to be the
       second bounded Tree of the said Land called Swansons Lott  And further
       saith not
                         Sworne and Examined by us this Tenth day of August 1710
