       about Eighteen years agon he was a Serv.t to M.r Rich.d Edlen Sen.r &
       Further the Depon.t Saith that his said Master sett him to assist in
       Clearing of a peice of Ground by a poplar Tree where the Depon.t now
       stands it being the same Tree the abovesaid James White makes
       (Evidence to) his said Master giving him orders not to Cutt the Said Tree
       because it was a bounded Tree and further the Depon.t saith not

                             By Virtue of a Comission out of her Ma.ty High Court of
       Chan.ry Bearing Date the second day of September in the Eighth year of her
       Majestys Reigne Annoq Dm 1709 To us Thomas Frisby and Lamber Willmer
       Directed Jointly to Examin Evidences touch the first bounded Tree of a
       Certain Tract of Land lying in Cæcill County Called ladys delight the bounds
       according to the Certificate thereof are as followeth Viz.t June 21.st 1683 Laid
       out for Col Vincent Lowe a parcell of Land lying in Cæcill County in the
       woods near the head of a Branch by the whorekill path Beginning at a
       Marked Great Poplar and Running N W 640 P.s then N E 750 P.s then S E
       640 P.s then S W 750 P.s q.t 3000 Acres and whereas by the Said Comission We
       are Comanded to give fourteen days Notice before the time of the
