                         Interrogatorys to be made to Thomas Crooke

1.st      Are you acquainted with M.r Charles Calvert were you ever Evidence
       to any Deed made by him to his brother Richard Calvert

2.dly    Were you made acquainted with the Purport & Contents of the Said Deed

3.dly     What year and what month of the Year was y.e same Delivered by y.e s.d Charles
       to the Said Richard Calvert and what more doe you know of this Matter

4.th       Were you ever Wittness to any other Deed or writing made to the Said
       Richard by said Charles Calvert

5.th       Did you ever hear the said Charles say to what Intent & Purpose he made
       over the said Land to his brother Rich.d  Did you ever hear the said R.d say
       or promise to make over the Said Land to M.rs Mary Adderton and her heires

6.thly     When were you first acquainted with Rich.d Calvert and when did you
       Wittness the Letter of att.ry give by Charles to Rich.d



                                   By Virtue of and in obedience to a Comission out of y.e
       high Court of Chancery of this province of Maryland to us directed and
       bearing Date the first day of November 1710 Nominating and appointing
       us Comiss.rs to Examine Evidences in and Concerning a Cause in the said
       Court Depending Between James Neale Jerem Adderton and ux.r Complainants
       and Richard Calvert who being in due manner & forme
       sworne maketh upon oath the following answer to the severall
       Interrogatorys hereunto anext Viz.t

To y.e 1.st Int.ry       M.r Thomas Crook Answereth that he this Depon.t saith that
       he was very well acquainted with M.r Charles Calvert and that he was
       a Wittness to a deed made by him y.e said Charles Calvert to his brother
       Richard Calvert

To y.e 2.d       Answered that the said Deed was not Read to this Deponent but at
       the time of signing the said Deed Richard Calvert told this Deponent
       that it was Concerning a mannor of Land that Lyes in Piscataway in
       Maryland and that the said Richard Calvert told this Depon.t the said
