677) Att a Court of Chancery held at the City of Annapolis in the County of Ann Arundell March the 15.th Annoq Dm 1709 Present The hon.ble Edward Lloyd President The honble Samuel Young The honble Charles Greenberry The honble William Holland The honble W.m Coursey The honble W.m Whittington The honble John Hall Ordered that M.r Thomas Macnemara be assigned Councill for James Crook against James Maxwell Ordered that sixty days after any appearance Entred the Complainants Bill to be filed otherweys the Cause to be dismist William Rounds Compl.t Injunction Granted to William Rounds according v to his Petition he Lodging Bills with Goods Security William Macclure Defd.t for two hundred and twelve pound Nineteen Shillings and a half penny Approved of the Bills and Lodged accordingly The said Bills being Lodged in the Chancery office Ordered further that the Sherriff discharge William Round on serving the said Injunction upon him And one thousand and thirty five pounds of Tobacco being Lodged in the said John Greshams hands for the Cost that it remaines there till a Decree made in the Cause afd by this honble Court |
