       Whereas Coll Will.m Holland & Cap.t Jn.o Hyde (y.e first of Ann Arund.ll County in this Pvince
       & y.e other of y.e City of London) preferred their bill of Compl.t to this Court and Chanc.ry
       ag.t John Leach Jam Heigh & Jacob Stalling setting forty y.t one John Stallings
       of Calv.t County being indebted to y.e s.d Holland in y.e sum of Forty one pounds five shill
       three pence ^& to y.e s.d Holland & Comp.a y.e sum of eleven pds ten shill eight pence sterl^ passed has of Exc for y.e same two debts w.ch came in protested
       And y.t y.e s.d Stalling being also indebted to y.e s.d Hyde in y.e sum of sixty five pds sterl
       did lately abscond himself & make over to y.e s.d Jn.o Leach Jam Heigh & Jacob
       Stalling (his bill of sale) all his Psonall Estate goods Chattels &c for their security for
       some smaller Debts due (as 'tis said) to y.e s.d 3 psons  And Whereas by y.e papers & acknowledgmts
       of y.e s.d Leach & Jacob Stalling & by y.e Confession of y.e s.d Heigh all
       pduced appearing in this Court in Answ.r to y.e afd bill of Complaints it does appear
       y.t y.e s.d Jn.o Stalling intended to defraud y.e Compl.ts of their just Debts afd &
       to Leach Heigh & Jac Stalling & yet y.e overplus is still retained by y.e s.d
       three Cred.rs to y.e Damage of y.e Compl.ts Therefore this Court after reading y.e s.d bill
       of Compl.t & a full hearing of y.e other papers read & y.e Confession of y.e Def.ts
       as afd  Decrees y.t all y.e goods Chattels &c in y.e s.d bill of sale mentioned shall
       be appraised by Will.m Darumple & Rich.d Rake of Calv.t Co.ty Gent (they being first
       sworn before Jn.o Leach of y.e s.d County gent truly to appraise y.e same) & after y.t
       be exposed to publick sale  And y.t what shall remain over & over what will
       pay y.e afd Debts to Leach Heigh & Jac Stalling shall according to y.e prayer of y.e
       Compl.ts be applyed to y.e satisfaction of y.e af.d debts due to y.e s.d Compl.ts & all other
       their just demands & necessary charges & to y.e paym.t of all their costs & damages
