           Whereas heretofore y.t is to say on y.e 25.th day of June An.o Dom.i 1700 Alex.r
       Deheniosia of Ann Arund.ll County Gent exhibited his bill of Compl to y.e high C.rt of Chanc.ry
       ag.t Tho.s Odall & Mordecai Price of y.e s.d County setting forth  That about y.e year of our
       Lord 1687 he y.e s.d Deheniosia did purchase from one William Stevens of y.e s.d County a
       certain tract of Land then in y.e Right & possession of y.e s.d Stevens lying in y.e County af.d
       on y.e West side of Chesapeak bay near to y.e three Islands bay upon a branch of y.e s.d
       bay called Road River  Begining at y.e Mouth of a branch of y.e s.d River called
       Howells Branch at a marked Pine tree runing East & by North from y.e s.d Pine
       one hund.d perches to a marked Oak to y.e head of a Creek bounding on y.e North in
       y.e s.d Line & Creek on y.e East & south w.th y.e s.d bay On y.e West with y.e s.d River
       cont an hundred Acres more or less to him y.e s.d Alexand.r his heirs & Assignes
       forever in Fee simple  And did pay for y.e s.d Land according to Agreement
       thirty thousand pounds of tobacco to y.e s.d Stevens (or his Exec.r)  And whereas y.e
       s.d Stevens nor y.e Exec.r of y.e s.d Stevens had not ever actually made over y.e Land af.d
       (as by bond w.th penalty of 60000 pds of tob y.e s.d Stevens was paid & consent to do at y.e then next pvinc.ll
       C.rt)  And because y.e s.d Odall & Price (y.e defts) do by their Answ.rs to y.e s.d Deheniosias
       bill confess y.t y.e purchase money (or tob) afd was paid & consent y.t y.e s.d Land be made over as
       afd to y.e s.d Deheniosia &c  Therefore y.e s.d high Court of Chancery sitting at Annapolis in
       y.e s.d County on y.e 18.th day of March An.o Dm.i 1700/1 did & doth decree (upon hearing
       this Cause)  That y.e s.d Land is & shall be y.e Estate in Fee simple of y.e s.d Alex.r
       Deheniosia his heirs & assignes forever  And y.t neither y.e s.d Odall nor Price nor any
       other person as Exec.r of y.e s.d Stevens's Will or otherwise shall molest or hinder y.e
       s.d Deheniosia &c from y.e quiet & peaceable possession of y.e same nor disturb any
       person y.t shall at any time purchase y.e s.d Land from y.e s.d Deheniosia his heirs or
