453 Baltemors mannour & y.e first bounded tree of a tract of Land called Darnells Grove And y.t he y.e s.d Ninian Beal did bound y.e s.d tree with his own hands And farther this Deponent upon his Oath saith That at y.e laying out of one thousand Acres of Land for Coll Pye by William Hutchinson out of y.e s.d L.d Baltem.rs Manner he y.e s.d Hutchinson did bound a small white oake standing on y.e north side of y.e aforesaid bounded tree within three foot of y.e s.d tree The s.d Trees standing by a Marsh side of y.e aforesaid branch And farther y.e Dep.t saith not In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands & seals this seventh day of Jan.ry Annoque Dom 1700 Sam.ll Magruder (loc) (sigilli) Tho Sprigg (loc) (sig) William y.e third by y.e grace of God of England Scotland France & Ireland King Defender of y.e Faith &c To all persons unto whom these presents shall come Greeting; Know Ye y.t We out of our speciall grace & meer Motion haveing pardoned released & discharged & do by these presents remitt pardon release & discharge John Cood sen.r of S.t Marys County in our province of Maryland Gent of & from all Manner of Crimes & Misdemeanors Comitted or done by him y.e s.d John Cood against upon y.e great Laws of this our Province As also of & from any Conviction sentence Judgm.t or penalty thereupon Accrewing before & unto y.e Eighteenth day of July one thousand seven hundred particularly of & from a late sentence or Judgment against him y.e s.d John Cood in our provinciall Court of our s.d province upon a presentment of Blasphemy From all which We out of our all Clemency speciall Grace & Meer Motion for us our heirs & successors do by these presents remit pardon release & discharge him y.e s.d John Cood as aforesaid And do will & grant unto him y.e said John Cood That in all & every our Courts by all persons & in all times to come he shall be [illegible] deemed reputed & taken as our good & Faithfull Liege Subject Capable of all or any y.e Rights Liberties & priviledges of our good & Faithfull subjects may or ought to have Claim or Enjoy whatsoever Witness Our trusty & wellbeloved Nathaniel Blakiston Esq.r Cap.t Generall & Govern.r in Chief in & over our s.d province This Twentieth day of May in y.e thirteenth year of Maryland Given at our Town & Port of Annapolis under y.e great seal of our said province This Twentieth Day of May in the Thirteenth Year of our Reign Annoq Dm 1701 N Blakiston At |
