             Cap.t W.m Barton aged about sixty four years sworn & examined
       saith y.t he was then present when Jane Price did sign seal
       & deliver a certain Indenture of Conveyance made between Henry
       Hawkins Gent & Elizabeth his Wife of y.e one pt Jane Price on
       y.e other pt for a certain tract of Land lying formerly in
       Charles County but now in Prince Georges County called Locust
       Thicket  As also when y.e s.d Jane Price did acknowledge y.e same &
       y.t she did then consent to y.e same & y.t y.e s.d Jane Price at that
       time appeared to this Dept to be in her perfect sense & of a
       sound disposing memory  And farther saith not

       Hawkins & Wife & yt she did then consent to y.e same & yt at y.t
       time y.e s.d Jane Price appeared to this Dep.t of a perfect sense

       hath been to y.e best of his knowledg & farther saith not
