(234 payment whereof the p.rmisses stood Mortgage and ingaged as aforesaid And they did therefore thereby Ord.r Adjudge Award & finally Determine that the said deft George Parker his heires & assignes shall and Doe for Ever hereafter have hold occupy posesse & Enjoy y.e said Mortgaged Lands Called Clayhamond & Overtowne w.th theire & Every of theire appurtenances Containing six hundred Acres to him the said deft Mortgaged by the said Deed of the first of Aprill one thousand six hundred seaventy eight as aforesaid To the onely and Prop use and behoof of the said George Parker his heires and assignes for Ever against the said Joseph Tilley Comp.lt his heires and assignes Cleerely acquitted and discharged of all and all manner of incumbrances whatsoever and also freed Cleered Discharged and barred of all Equity of Redemption by the said Joseph Tilley his heires or assignes for Ever being in full Discharge of Eighteene Thousand pounds of Tobacco part of the Twenty nine thousand foure hundred Eighty and one pounds of Tobacco aforesaid And they did also thereby ord.r award adjudge and finally Determine that the said Comp.lt Joseph Tilley should pay unto the deft his Executo.rs Adm.rs or assignes the sume of Eleaven thousand foure hundred Eighty and one pounds of Tobacco Residue of the said sume of Twenty nine thousand foure hundred Eighty and one pounds of Tobacco Principall debts aforesaid as such times and places as hereafter is menconed and they did also allowe unto the said Deft for his dammages for forbeareance of his Tobacco aforesaid (All Necessary allowances for pcepcon of Pffitts & other allowances whatsoever deducted) The sume of Eight thousand five hundred and nineteene pounds of Tobacco w.ch they did thereby ord.r the said Comp.lt to pay unto the said deft his Executo.rs adm.rs or assignes in manner and forme following hereafter mentioned w.ch said sume of Eight thousand five hundred and nineteen pounds of Tobacco and the said sume of Eleaven thousand Foure hundred Eighty and one pounds of Tobacco Amounting on the whole to the sume of Twenty thousand pounds of Tobacco They did thereby ord.r Adjudge and Award should bee payd and satisfyed by the said Comp.lt his heires Executo.rs Adm.rs or assignes in manner Following That is to say that the said Joseph Tilley his heires Executo.rs Adm.rs or assignes Doe well and truely (Pay |
