       According as the said Refferrees should Ord.r and Award Freed and
       Cleered from the seav.ll Mortgages in the Bill Menconed But if the said
       Comp.lt should not pay the Tobacco that by the account (then after should
       bee made before the said Refferrees) should appeare to bee due to the
       said deft and adjudged to bee payd to him the said Deft by the
       said Comp.lt by such day or time as the said Refferrees should Limitt
       & appointe  Then Itt was thereby also further ordered & Decreed that
       the said Deft should hold and Enjoy the said Mortgaged Lands &
       p.rmisses goods and Chattles in the bill mentioned or such and so much
       thereof as the said Refferrees should in theire Judgm.ts think fitt &
       soe ord.r and Award to him and his heires and Assignes for Ever
       Freed and Discharged of all Equity of Redemption  And the
       said Refferrees were from day to day dilligently to attend y.e Ending
       & finally Determineing the Matters aforesaid  And what ord.r Doome
       Judgm.t Award or other finall Determinacon should bee made by
       the said Refferrees was thereby Ordered and Decreed to stand
       Rattified and Confirmed to all intents and purposes to bee observed &
       pformed by both partyes according to the true Meaning thereof
       w.thout further Mocon or appeale from the same or Repeale thereof
       In psuance of w.ch ord.r a Comission issued out of the said Court
       Directed to the said Thomas Taylor Henry Darnall and Thomas Truman
       thereby giveing unto them or any Two of them full Power & authority
       to take the Answere of the said Deft to the said Comp.lts bill and to
       Reduce the same into Writeing & to Examine such Witnesses as should
       bee Produced before them or any Two of them upon the matter
       of the said bill and defts Answere aforesaid and the same matters
       according to theire Discressions to heare and finally to Determine
       And therefore they were Comanded that att such Certaine Dayes and
       times as they should thinke fitt and appointe they should Call before
       them or any Two of them the said Deft and the answere to the said
       bill (A Coppy whereof was therewith sent) upon his Corporall
