AN ACT concerning

Coin Operated Amusement Devices

FOR the purpose of repealing the tax on coin operated
amusement devices and establishing license requirements and
license fees for all such devices, including but not limited
to, pinball machines, video games, claw machines, music
boxes, console machines, shuffleboard, pool tables and
childrens' rides; authorizing the County Administrative
Officer to set the license and registration fees from time
to time; repealing the provisions relating to arcade
licenses; and to provide penalties for violations of the
licensing and registration requirements.
