AN ACT concerning

Investment properties
Trash Containers

FOR the purpose of requiring certain investment
property owners to keep certain size trash receptacles and
containers in the rear yard or screened from public view
beginning January 1 June 30, 1982 and further providing that
the requirement may be enforced by the buildings engineer
and to change the heading of Article II. to read
"Maintenance of Investment Property."
