TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT

SECTIONS 1(b) OF THE CITY CHARTER

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of
Annapolis, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E
of the Constitution of the State of Maryland, and Article
23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973 Replacement
Volume and Supplements), titled "Corporations-Municipal", to
repeal and re-enact Section 1(b) of the Charter of the City
of Annapolis, for the purpose of increasing the annual
salary of the Mayor of Annapolis from $25,000.00 to
$37,500.00; re-enacting all other provisions of Section 1(b)
of the Charter; and all matters relating generally thereto.
