01.01.1976.06 contain provisions that are not relevant
to the Commission on Migratory and Seasonal Farm Labor
and for which no change was intended under Executive
Order 01.01.1981.01;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, HARRY HUGHES, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, BY VIRTUE OF THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME BY
THE CONSTITUTION AND LAWS OF MARYLAND, DO HEREBY
PROCLAIM THAT SECTION 4 OF EXECUTIVE ORDER
01.01.1981.01 IS AMENDED IN THE MANNER INDICATED UNDER
SECTION 1 OF THIS ORDER AND IS SUBJECT TO THE
CONSTRUCTION DIRECTED UNDER SECTION 2 OF THIS ORDER.

1.   4. The Commission established under
this Order supersedes the Commission that
was established under House Joint
Resolution No. 5 of 1959 and ASSIGNED TO
THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES BY
Executive Orders 01.01.1971.02 and
01.01.1976.06[, which reassigned that
Commission, are repealed].

2.   Section 4 of Executive Order
01.01.1981.01 shall be construed and
applied for all purposes as if the
amendment language provided in this Order
were the language of the original Order
issued on April 22, 1981. Other than in
regard to the Commission on Migratory Farm
Labor, nothing in Executive Order

01.01.1981.01 may be deemed to reconstitute
any of the commissions abolished by or to
affect any transfer of a commission
provided for under Executive Order

01.01.1971.02     or Executive Order
01.01.1976.06.
