CENTERS; ACQUIRE LAND FOR AND DESIGN A
THIRD DISTRICT COURT BUILDING IN
BALTIMORE COUNTY.

INSOFAR AS THE FUND IS USED TO
SUPPLEMENT ANY PREVIOUS APPROPRIATION,
ANY LIMITATION REQUIRING THAT ASSURANCES
BE GIVEN TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
THAT THE PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED PROJECT
CAN BE COMPLETED WITH THE PREVIOUSLY
AUTHORIZED FUNDS IS HEREBY MODIFIED TO
THE EXTENT THAT WORK MAY BEGIN UPON
SATISFACTORY ASSURANCES TO THE BOARD
THAT THE PROJECT CAN BE COMPLETED WITH
THE AGGREGATE OF THE FUNDS PREVIOUSLY
APPROPRIATED AND THE SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDS
HEREBY PROVIDED.

(£) To supplement the appropriation,
"Acquisition of sites, design,
construction, and/or purchase of three
(3) facilities to be utilized as
District Court Buildings...", as shown
on page 1266 of the Acts of 1974, as
previously supplemented by Chapter 914
of the Acts of 1976 on page 2544 of the
Acts of 1976, and as previously
supplemented by Chapter 420 of the Acts
of 1979 on page 1204 of the Acts of
1979; Section 8 of Chapter 289 of the
Acts of 1974, Section 1(6) of Chapter
914 of the Acts of 1976, and Section
1(7) of Chapter 420 of the Acts of 1979
being hereby modified to the extent that
said work may begin upon satisfactory
assurances to the Board of Public Works
that said project can be completed with
the aggregate of the funds herein and
