SHALL BE USED AS A CONTINGENCY FUND FOR
ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS:
CONSTRUCT ARBUTUS/CATONSVILLE DISTRICT
COURT/MULTISERVICE CENTER; CONSTRUCT BEL
AIR DISTRICT COURT/MULTISERVICE CENTER;
CONSTRUCT CENTREVILLE DISTRICT
COURT/MULTISERVICE CENTER; CONSTRUCT
DENTON DISTRICT COURT/MULTISERVICE
CENTER; CONSTRUCT ELKTON DISTRICT
COURT/MULTISERVICE CENTER; CONSTRUCT
ELLICOTT                    CITY                    DISTRICT

COURT/MULTISERVICE CENTER; CONSTRUCT
ESSEX/ROSEDALE                                    DISTRICT

CENTERS; ACQUIRE LAND FOR AND DESIGN A
THIRD DISTRICT COURT BUILDING IN
BALTIMORE COUNTY.

INSOFAR AS THE FUND IS USED TO
SUPPLEMENT ANY PREVIOUS APPROPRIATION,
ANY LIMITATION REQUIRING THAT ASSURANCES
BE GIVEN TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
THAT THE PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED PROJECT
CAN BE COMPLETED WITH THE PREVIOUSLY
AUTHORIZED FUNDS IS HEREBY MODIFIED TO
THE EXTENT THAT WORK MAY BEGIN UPON
SATISFACTORY ASSURANCES TO THE BOARD
THAT THE PROJECT CAN BE COMPLETED WITH
THE AGGREGATE OF THE FUNDS PREVIOUSLY
APPROPRIATED AND THE SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDS
HEREBY PROVIDED.
