(e)  The several committees shall submit reports to the
Caroline County Planning Commission in those instances in
which the committees' work or observations relate to the
functions of planning and zoning.

(f)  The Board of County Commissioner may appropriate
public funds to implement and support the powers and duties
provided in this section.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

Estates and Trusts - Commissions

FOR the purpose of altering a provision with regard to the
value of amounts on which certain trustees may, under
certain circumstances, use a schedule of increased
rates of income and corpus commissions; and correcting

other trust whose duties comprise the collection and
distribution of income from property held under a trust
agreement or the preservation and distribution of the
