AN ACT concerning

Department of Natural Resources -
Appropriation Permit - State Water Use

FOR the purpose of providing that a person shall obtain an
appropriation permit from the Department of Natural
Resources before that person appropriates water for
devices that use aquifers for domestic heating or
cooling; and making this Act an emergency measure.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
