hereby amend the corporate charter of the Town of Barclay,
located in the First Election District of Queen Anne's
County, Maryland, by repealing in entirety all sections of
the present charter as codified in the Code of the Public
Local Laws of Queen Anne's County (Edited by Carl N.
Everstine, Director, State Department of Legislative
Reference) (1974) (Being Section 1-1 through Section 1-20
inclusive); and passing, ordaining and adopting the new and
amended charter sections stated in Appendix 1 of this
resolution (Being Section 1 through section 94 inclusive)
being substantially the provisions of Article 23B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, titled "Municipal Corporation
Charter."

Laws of Queen Anne's County, repealed and Sections 1 through
94 of the Charter of the Town of Barclay, added.

Charter of the Town of Barton, and to enact Section 66A
"Additional Powers."
