SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland

(as enacted by Chapter ____ (H.B. 1) of the Acts of the

General Assembly of 1981) be repealed, amended, or enacted
to read as follows:

Article - Health Occupations

[Title 11. Osteopathy]

[Subtitle 1. Definitions; General Provisions]

[11-101.

(a)  In this title the following words have the
meanings indicated.

(b)  "Board" means the State Board of Osteopathic
Examiners.

(c)  "License" means, unless the context requires
otherwise, a license issued by the Board to practice
osteopathy.
