     Anne &c^a To y^e Sher^f of Kent Countÿ Greetting wee Comãnd y^w: y^t y^w: attach^t anÿ y^e
             goods Chattells or Creditts of John Sides Deceased if to be found in yo^r Baile
        :    wick to y^e vallue of Seven thousand pounds of tobacco & when y^w have
             the Same Soe attached or anÿ part thereof, y^e Same in yo^r Custodÿ keep
             Soe y^t y^w: have them before y^e Justices of our Countÿ next to be held for
             this Countÿ &c^a: to Satisfie unto Mathew Tilghman Ward adm^r Andrew
             Malpass as well y^e Sum^e of fourteen hundred thirtÿ & Seaven pounds ~~pds~~
             of tobacco a Certaine Debt obtained ag^t y^e S^d John Sides’s Estate in our Court
             on y^e 25^th Daÿ of aug^t last &c^a as alsoe y^e Sum^e of four hundred & ninetÿ
             pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit, and y^t bÿ good & Lawfull men of yo^r Bailewick
             y^w: make knowne unto y^e S^d ptÿ in whose hands &c^a, y^t he She or theÿ
             be & appear &c^a       to shew Cause &c^a whÿ y^e Same ought not to be Cond=
           : emned &c^a for Satisfaction of y^e Debt &c^a Hereof faile not &c^a

          And now here this Daÿ being y^e Daÿ of y^e retrⁿ: of y^e S^d writt the S^d Sher^f
        makes ret^r hereof Endorsed as falloweth viz^t
