   And the Said Henrÿ Smith being Called to the Barre, appears, & praÿs
   trÿall of ye prmises which is Granted and for plea Saÿs that he is not Guiltÿ
   and for trÿall thereof he putts himselfe upon the Countrÿ and the Clk

   of ye Indictmts: in like manr: therefore Comand is Given to the Sherf of Kent
