Article 75 1/2 - Professional Engineers

17.

(a) The Board may reprimand, or suspend, revoke, or
refuse to renew the certificate of registration of any
registrant whom the Board finds:

(6) HAS HAD HIS CERTIFICATION TO PRACTICE
ENGINEERING REVOKED OR SUSPENDED BY ANY OTHER STATE FOR
CAUSE THAT WOULD JUSTIFY REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION UNDER THIS
LAW, EXCEPT FOR FAILURE TO PAY AN ANNUAL REGISTRATION OR
LICENSE FEE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City - Board of Examining Engineers

FOR the purpose of allowing the Board of Examining Engineers
to administer examinations as often as necessary.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

The Public Local Laws of Baltimore City
Section 4-4

Article 4 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1969 Edition and 1978 Supplement, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as
follows:

Article 4 - Baltimore City

4-4.

Said Board of Examining Engineers shall meet at its
office in the City of Baltimore AS OFTEN AS NECESSARY for
the purpose of examining applicants [at least once in every
week, and at a specified hour and day, and shall sit until
all applicants shall be examined, and in the event of
inability to examine all the applicants on the regular day
