Local Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition, and 1973
Supplement, being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland) titled "Allegany County" and subtitled
"Agricultural Land Preservation Ordinance", to follow
immediately after Section 299 thereof, to provide for the
voluntary establishment of protection for Agricultural
Preservation Districts and to read as follows:

Effective Date November 19, 1979.

ALLEGANY COUNTY ON SEPTEMBER 7, 1979, TO CLARIFY AND
SUPPLEMENT THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PUBLIC PURPOSES FOR WHICH
THE PROCEEDS OF THE BONDS AUTHORIZED TO BE ISSUED UNDER SAID
PUBLIC LOCAL LAW (BILL NO. 3-79, AS AMENDED) ARE TO BE
EXPENDED.

AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $700,000 PURSUANT
