AN ACT concerning

Transportation Funding

FOR the purpose of creating a Transportation Revenue Sharing
Account in the Transportation Trust Fund; altering the
sources of revenues to be allocated to the Gasoline and
Motor Vehicle Revenue Account in the Transportation
Trust Fund; repealing the allocation of a portion of
the vehicle titling tax to the general trust fund and
applying it, instead, to the Transportation Revenue
Sharing Account; requiring that a certain portion
certain portions of the basic tax on corporations be
paid into the Gasoline and Motor Vehicle Revenue
Account and the Transportation Revenue Sharing Account;
providing for the distribution of funds in the
Transportation Revenue Sharing Account; and generally
relating to the Transportation Revenue Sharing Account.
