provide funds for revisions
to the original submittal
and for the following
additional projects:

BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS:
General:

To provide a grant to
Historic Annapolis, Inc.'s
revolving fund for the
purpose of purchasing
properties endangered by
neglect,                      possible

demolition or adverse use.
It is anticipated that
this appropriation, along
with other funds in the
revolving fund, will be
used to obtain Federal
matching funds (Anne
Arundel County).

Subsidies and

Contributions

To provide a grant to
Garrett County to assist
in the construction of an
Animal Health Laboratory
in Garrett County. The
grant is to be awarded
subject to the following
conditions:

1.  The site will be
provided at no cost to
the State.

2.  The                               County
Commissioners of Garrett
County provide at least
an equal and matching
fund, or its equivalent
in services, land or
materials for the same
purpose.

3.  There is an agreement
between the County
Commissioners of Garrett
County and the Secretary
of Agriculture that the
Animal Health Laboratory
is for the exclusive and
