(A)  ALL FINAL ACTIONS OF THE COUNTY BOARD SHALL BE
TAKEN AT A PUBLIC MEETING. THE BOARD SHALL KEEP A FORMAL
RECORD OF EACH PUBLIC MEETING.

(B)  THIS SECTION DOES NOT PROHIBIT THE BOARD FROM
MEETING AND DELIBERATING IN EXECUTIVE SESSION PROVIDED THAT
ALL ACTION IS TAKEN AT A PUBLIC MEETING.

(f) (3) Each member of the county board of the
following counties shall receive the following amounts
annually for traveling and other expenses:

(i) Calvert County:

1.  Member...............$ 1,000; and

2.  President................$ 1,200;

(ii) Caroline County:

1.  Member...............$ 600; and

2.  Chairman.................$ 800;

(iii) Cecil County:

1.  Member...............$ 600; and

2.  Chairman.................$ 800;

[(iv) Garrett County...........$ 200; ]

[(v)] (IV) Queen Anne's County:

1.  Member...............$ 600; and

2.  Chairman.................$ 800 ;

[(vi)] (V) Talbot County:

1.  Travel...............$ 300; and

2.  Other expenses for each meeting,
other than the annual meeting attended on behalf of the
county..........................................$ 25; and

[(vii)] (VI) Worcester County:

1.  Member...............$ 2,000; and

2.  Chairman.................$ 2,400.
