AN ACT concerning

Nonprofit Health Service Plans - Judicial Review of
Commissioner's Decisions

FOR the purpose of changing a reference in the law
concerning the scope of judicial review provided for
decisions made by the Insurance Commissioner relating
to nonprofit Health Service Plans.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 48A - Insurance Code

Section 361B

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1972 Replacement Volume and 1978 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 48A - Insurance Code

361B.

All decisions and findings of the Commissioner made
under the provisions of this subtitle are subject to review
by the court in accordance with the provisions of [§ 40] §
242B of this article.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.
