and by the repealing and reenacting with amendments of
Section 1—209 (b) (6) of the Building Regulations Article of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland
and by the resignation redesignation of Sections 1—101
through 1-329 of the Building Regulations Article of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County as Sections
1-101 through 1—329 of the Zoning and Subdivision Control
Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester
County, Maryland.

AN ACT concerning

Licensure of Peddlers and Salesmen

For the purpose of establishing a system of licensing
peddlers and salesmen engaged in Worcester County and
providing for fees therefor and provisions regulating some
with exceptions to the requirements thereof, by the repeal
and re—enactment of Section 210A of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Worcester County, Maryland, and the codification
thereof as Section 20 104 of the Taxation and Revenue
Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester
County.

AN ACT concerning

Tourist Permits

For the purpose of codifying a resolution of the County
Commissioners dealing with tourist permits adopted January
16, 1962 pursuant to Article 25, Section 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, 1957 Edition, providing for the issuance
of tourist permits in Worcester County, procedures for such
issuance, and the revocation thereof and requirements
therefor with editorial comments as are necessary for the
sake of clarity and to incorporate subsequent amendments to
the resolution.
