AN ACT concerning

Central Maryland Regional Cultural Commission

FOR the purpose of authorising the creation of the Central
Maryland Regional Cultural Commission as an agency of
the Regional Planning Council; providing for its Board
of Directors with certain duties and responsibilities;
permitting the Commission to issue bonds for certain
persons; requiring approval of the Board of Public
Works prior to the issuance of certain bonds; providing
definitions; and generally relating to the Central
Maryland Regional Cultural Commission.

BY adding to

Article 41 — Governor - Executive and Administrative

Departments
Section 490 through 503, inclusive, to be under the new
subtitle "50 Central Maryland Regional Cultural
Commission"
Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
