Preamble

Chapter 128 of the Acts of 1978 amended, in many
instances, the name of the State Library to the State Law
Library. However, a number of sections where the previous
name occurred were inadvertently not altered. It is the
purpose of this Act to complete the transformation in the
law to the new name established by Chapter 128; now,
therefore,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
