of Bel Air to amend the Town Charter to provide a voter
residency requirement of thirty (30) days.
And in the following annexation resolutions:
{a) Resolution #26 of the Commissioners of the Town
of Bel Air to amend the Town Charter to enlarge the
corporate boundaries of the Town of Bel Air by adding
thereto a new Section to be known as Section 104F.
(b) Resolution #27 of the Commissioners of the Town
of Bel Air to amend the Town Charter to enlarge the
corporate boundaries of the Town of Bel Air by adding
thereto a new Section to be known as Section 104G.
(c) Resolution #29 of the Commissioners of the Town
of Bel Air to amend the Town Charter to enlarge the
corporate boundaries of the Town of Bel Air by adding
thereto a new Section to be known as Section 104H.
(d) Resolution #30 of the Commissioners of the Town
of Bel Air to amend the Town Charter to enlarge the
corporate boundaries of the Town of Bel Air by adding
thereto a new Section to be known as Section 1041.
(e) Resolution #34 of the Commissioners of the Town
of Bel Air to amend the Town Charter to enlarge the
corporate boundaries of the Town of Bel Air by adding
thereto a new Section to be known as Section 104J.
(f) Resolution #35 of the Commissioners of the Town
of Bel Air to amend the Town Charter to enlarge the
corporate boundaries of the Town of Bel Air by adding
thereto a new Section to be known as Section 104K.
(g) Resolution #42 of the Commissioners of the Town
of Bel Air to amend the Town Charter to enlarge the
corporate boundaries of the Town of Bel Air by adding
thereto a new Section to be known as Section 104M.
(h) Resolution #46 of the Commissioners of the Town
of Bel Air to amend the Town Charter to enlarge the
corporate boundaries of the Town of Bel Air by adding
thereto a new Section to be known as Section 104L.
Kith the following additions:
(a) New Article II setting forth a comprehensive
metes and bounds description of the corporate limits of Bel
Air.
(b) Section 306 entitled "Procedure of Board"
providing that the Board of Town Commissioners may determine
its own rules and order of business.
