Section 1. (2)(M)(1)(g) - Department of Economic and
Community Development, Maryland Historic Trust: Funds
to renovate and restore the Mt. Moriah Church in
Annapolis (Anne Arundel County): Design........25,000
Section 1.(2)(M)(1)(i) — Department of Economic and
Community Development, Maryland Historical Trust: To
provide funds for the purpose of restoration and
renovation of the property known as Nine Front Street
(Baltimore City).................................50,000
Section 1.(2)(M)(1)(k) - Department of Economic and
Community Development, Maryland Historical Trust: Funds
provided for the State's share of restoration of the
Orchard Street Methodist Church located in Baltimore
City (Baltimore City)...........................200,000
SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That there shall
be allowed an additional period of two years, beginning on
the effective date of this Act, for placing the projects
listed in the preceding Sections under contract. If the
projects, or any of them, are not placed under contract
within the two—year period, then, as to any project not
placed under contract, it shall be deemed abandoned. To the
extent that the portion of the lean authorized by Chapter
289 of the Acts of 1974, by Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975,
or Chapter 914 of the Acts of 1976 attributable to the
abandoned project has been issued at the end of the
additional two—year period, the unused proceeds specified
for the abandoned project shall be transferred to the
Annuity Bond Fund and applied to the debt service
requirements of the State. To the extent that the portion
of the loan authorized by Chapter 289 of the Acts of 1974,
by Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975, or Chapter 914 of the
Acts of 1976 attributable to the abandoned project has not
been issued at the end of that two-year period, the total
bonds authorized by that Act, but not yet issued, shall be
reduced by the amount specified for the abandoned project.
SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1978.

FOR the purpose of permitting domestic animals to be carried
on boats that do not transport shellfish commercially.
