RESOLUTION NO. R76-1
Annex 9 — Westminster Nurseries, Inc.
WHEREAS, a Petition has been presented to The Mayor
and Common Council of the City of Westminster to enlarge
the corporate boundaries of the City by the annexation of
a parcel of land containing 3-94 acres, more or less,
situate and lying contiguous to and adjoining the
existing corporate boundaries of the City; and
WHEREAS, The Mayor and Common Council have caused to
be made a verification of the signature upon said
petition and have ascertained that the Westminster
Nurseries, Inc. is the sole owner of all of the land
sought to be annexed and that there are no registered
voters residing within the area herein described.
