SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
health and safety and having been passed by a yea and nay
vote supported by three-fifths of all the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT concerning
Anne Arundel County and Annapolis - Alcoholic Beverages
(AWT WT License)
FOR the purpose of permitting the issuance of a AWT WT
alcoholic beverage license in Anne Arundel County
and Annapolis which allows the consumption on the
premises of light wine in certain amounts for
certain purposes; granting certain powers to the
Mayor and City Council of Annapolis; and
establishing a fee for this license.
