Preamble
WHEREAS, In the second sentence in subsection (b) of
§ 11-2A03, added by Chapter 613, Acts of 1976, the comma
following "handle" should be deleted.
In sub—subsection (4) of subsection (b) in §
11-2A09, also enacted by Chapter 613, there is a
reference to § "2A03"; it should be section 11-2A03.
The reference to the Real Property Article in the
second sentence of subsection (f) of § 11—304, as amended
by Chapter 287, Acts of 1976, is not in the form provided
by § 25 of Article 1.
In subsection (c) of § 12—103, as amended by Chapter
681, Acts of 1976, the introductory paragraph in
paragraph (vi) of subsection (2) concludes with a
semicolon; it should be a colon.
In paragraph (3) of subsection (g), added in §
12-506 by Chapter 64, Acts of 1976, the numeral "5"
should be "five".
Near the beginning of paragraph (ii) in
sub—subsection (1) of subsection (e) in § 12—626, as
amended by Chapter 92, Acts of 1976, "good" should be
"goods".
In paragraph 1 of subsection (e) in § 12-701 of the
Commercial Law Article, enacted by Chapter 753, Acts of
1975, there should be a comma between "personal" and
"family".

In subsection (b) of § 12—707, as amended by Chapter
723, Acts of 1976, it would seem that the colon should be
a period. Near the end of subsection (e) of the same
section, "subsection" should be plural. In the same
subsection, the comma following "the action" should be
deleted.
In subsection (b) in § 14-1203, added by Chapter
584, the comma following "section" in the first paragraph
should be deleted and a comma should be added following
"equal" in paragraph (3).
The first sentence in subsection (b) of § 14—1204,
added in the Commercial Law Article by Chapter 584, Acts
of 1976, reads in part "shall, upon written request....of
this section, shall make a complete". The word "shall"
is repeated two times.
Subsection (c) in the same section concludes
"compliance with subsection (a)(b) of this section." It
