(16) COMMISSION ON INDIAN AFFAIRS
(B) The Department shall also include such other
agencies, commissions, boards, committees, councils or
units of government as may hereafter pursuant to law be
declared to be part of the Department of Economic and
Community Development. 409. (a) The Commission on Afro—American History and
Culture is created as [an independent agency within the
State government] A PART OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC
AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. It shall be referred to as
the "Commission."
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
