Requirements for Traders' Licenses

FOR the purpose of redefining the term "exhibitor" to
include only persons who temporarily rent or lease
spaces for consideration from a promoter for the
display and sale of certain items and whose total
inventory value does not exceed a certain amount.

Traders' licenses — Exemptions
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
FOR the purpose of exempting certain individuals from the
requirement of obtaining a trader's license;
providing for an exhibitor's affidavit and certain
duties of a promoter relating to the affidavit;
providing a penalty; correcting language; and
generally relating to who shall obtain a trader's
license.
