SECTION, A PERSON MAY NOT DRIVE ANY VEHICLE ON A
SIDEWALK OR SIDEWALK AREA UNLESS IT IS A PERMANENT OR
AUTHORIZED TEMPORARY DRIVEWAY.
(B) EXCEPTIONS.
WHERE PERMITTED BY LOCAL ORDINANCE, A PERSON MAY
RIDE A BICYCLE, PLAY VEHICLE, OR UNICYCLE ON A SIDEWALK
OR SIDEWALK AREA.

21-1104. OBSTRUCTION TO DRIVER'S VIEW OR DRIVING
MECHANISM.
(A) LOAD OR NUMBER OF PASSENGERS.
A PERSON MAY NOT DRIVE A VEHICLE IF IT IS SO LOADED
OR THERE IS IN THE FRONT SEAT SO MANY PASSENGERS AS TO:
(1) OBSTRUCT THE VIEW OF THE DRIVER TO THE
FRONT OR SIDES OF THE VEHICLE; OR
(2) INTERFERE WITH THE CONTROL OF THE DRIVER
OVER THE DRIVING MECHANISM OF THE VEHICLE.
(B) POSITION OF PASSENGERS.
A PASSENGER IN A VEHICLE MAY NOT RIDE IN ANY
POSITION WHERE HE:
(1) INTERFERES WITH THE VIEW OF THE DRIVER
TO THE FRONT OR SIDES OF THE VEHICLE; OR
(2) INTERFERES WITH THE CONTROL OF THE
DRIVER OVER THE DRIVING MECHANISM OF THE VEHICLE.
(C) OBSTRUCTION OF VIEW THROUGH WINDSHIELD.
(1) EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN PARAGRAPH (2) OF
THIS SUBSECTION, A PERSON MAY NOT DRIVE A VEHICLE ON A
HIGHWAY WITH ANY OBJECT OR, MATERIAL, OR OBSTRUCTION SO
PLACED LOCATED IN OR ON THE VEHICLE AS TO INTERFERE
WITH THE CLEAR VIEW OF THE DRIVER THROUGH THE
WINDSHIELD.
(2) THIS SUBSECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO:
(I) REQUIRED OR PERMITTED EQUIPMENT OF THE
VEHICLE;
(II) ADJUSTABLE, NONTRANSPARENT SUN VISORS
THAT ARE NOT ATTACHED TO GLASS; OR
