SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 27 through 40, inclusive, and the
subtitle "Legislative Council" of Article 40 — General
Assembly, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and they are
hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Sections 27 through 38, inclusive, to be under the new
subtitle "Legislative Policy Committee" be and they are
hereby added to Article 40 — General Assembly, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1975 Supplement) to read as follows:
