new Section 13-343.A to said Code, Title, Subtitle
and Article XI, "Special Exception" to provide that
Abattoirs and Stockyards shall be permitted in W3
Industrial Districts subject to the provisions of
this Subtitle and to provide that Abattoirs as
adjunct to agricultural uses shall be permitted in
RA Districts subject to the provisions of this
Subtitle; to add new Section 13-343.7A to follow
immediately after Section 13-343.7 of said Code,
Title and Subtitle, Article XI, "Special
Exceptions", heading, "Other Special Exceptions", to
provide a special exception for chemical
manufacturing in W3 Heavy Industrial Districts; to
add new Section 13-343.7B to follow immediately
after Section 13-343.7A of said Code, Title and
Subtitle, Article XI, "Special Exceptions", heading,
"Other Special Exceptions", to provide the criteria
permitting cement manufacturing in W3 Heavy
Industrial Districts; to add new Section 13-343.9A
to follow immediately after Section 13-343.9 of said
Code, Title and Subtitle, Article XI, "Special
Exceptions", heading, "Other Special Exceptions", to
provide the criteria permitting coke and coke
products manufacturing in W3 Heavy Industrial
Districts; to add new Section 13-343.10A to follow
immediately after Section 13-343.10 of said Code,
Title and Subtitle, Article XI, "Special
Exceptions", "Other Special Exceptions" , to provide
the criteria for special exceptions permitting the
manufacturing of disinfectants within W3 Heavy
Industrial Districts; to add new Section 13—343.11A
to follow immediately after Section 13—343.11 of
said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article XI, "Special
Exceptions", heading, "Other Special Exceptions", to
provide the criteria for special exceptions
permitting the manufacturing of fertilizers in W3
Heavy Industrial Districts; to add new Section
13-343.15A to follow immediately after Section
13-343.15 of said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article
XI, "Special Exceptions", heading, "Other Special
Exceptions" to provide the criteria permitting horse
race tracks in W2 Light Industrial Districts; to add
new Section 13-343.153 to follow immediately after
Section 13-343.15A of said Code, Title and Subtitle,
Article XI, "Special Exceptions", heading, "Other
Special Exceptions", to provide the criteria
permitting the manufacturing of insecticides in W3
Heavy Industrial Districts; to repeal Section
13-343.17B of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article
and enact new Section 13-343.17B in lieu thereof to
stand in the place of the Section repealed, to
provide for the emission of fumes in W2 and W3
Industrial Districts provided, however, that said
user can certify that it will maintain adherence to
applicable criteria set forth by Federal, State and
County governments and that said fumes will not be
dangerous to the health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of Anne Arundel County; to provide new
